Mom’s Night Off is partnering with ArtsClub East Village for an art session in celebration of Women’s History Month! Our subject: Frida Kahlo.

About the event:

Explore the art of self-expression in this inspiring workshop where you’ll create your own self-portrait, drawing inspiration from the bold, personal, and deeply symbolic works of Kahlo. After a beginner-friendly lecture on Kahlo’s biography and art practice, ArtsClub staff will provide props and polaroids to help you create a meaningful self-portrait.

Taught by PhDs, subject matter experts and professional artists. All art supplies are included.

Come as you are. Leave rested, reset, and reminded that you matter too.

Mom’s Night Off is partnering with Discovery Kids BK for our first community event: Brunch and Babies, where moms can bring their babies (of all ages), let them play in the space, and meet other moms in and around your neighborhood. We are building the village - and this time, the littles are invited too.

About the event:
If you’re looking for something to do with your little one, please come join us for an informal meet and greet. You can learn more about what Mom’s Night Off is building as well as all of the wonderful programs Discovery Kids offers. Let your babies socialize, while you take a small moment to connect with other mamas who know exactly what you’re going through.

Your ticket includes light bites for everyone and a play space for the children with a helper to watch over the littles. This is meant to be a casual, low-stress event, so come as you are. Diaper bags, messy buns, and all.

Spaces are limited, so please get your tickets so we can keep track of how many people will be there.

We combine the joy of creativity with the comfort of an intimate setting. Unleash your artistic side as you sip on curated beverages and enjoy delicious treats, all while guided by our talented instructors.

Whether you're an art lover or simply looking for a relaxing evening, our Textured Paint and Sip sessions offer the perfect blend of creativity, comfort, and inspiration.
